Here is a summary of the access rights for the Competency Module
We reccomend´s to make access groups for different level of access righs
Access | What can you do |
---|---|
Read | See only your personal card and competence, Not able to edit |
Edit | See only your personal card and competence, Able to edit profile and competence |
Create | See only your personal card and competence, Able to edit profile and competence |
Approve | See and edit personal profile and competency, and users in location or department you are set as responsible for. Ans see Report and personell report for those. |
Superuser | See all users, All reports, All Personell reports and can create new competence users, Dont see admin Tab, Can be set as responsible for location and department |
Archive | See all users, All reports, All Personell reports and can create new competence users, Dont see admin Tab, Can be set as responsible for location and department |
Admin | See´s all users and information and have the Admin Tab also. Can be set as responsible for location and department |
Access from Approve up to admin can be set as responsible for department and location to see all users set in the
users personal profile.
Admin of the module do this by go to the Admin Tab
At the bottom expand Access Rights
Choose department or Location, And one of the choices in there and you will see Add user
Click on Add user to search for users with Access Rights from Approve and Up to Admin
Users you add here will see all users that has this location or department on their profile in competency module.
